Shipping
-All candles are shipped USPS Priority mail (w/tracking confirmation) in a poly 9x12 envelope with bubble wrap.
-Hibou ships within the US only at this time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are available for the following:
- Lost item: tracking number must confirm item lost.
- Wrong Scent: Candle shipped does not match purchase order/email confirmation. Hibou will replace your candle free of charge.
Hibou Scents and it's owner are not liable for candle products.
By purchasing Hibou Candles, you are relieving Hibou from liability and/or legal ramifications due to mishap.
Please read warning label located on the bottom of each tin. Follow instructions carefully:
Remove all packaging and place candle on heat resistant surface. Burn candle no longer than 3-4 hours per lighting. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to prevent a smoking candle. Keep burning candles out of drafty areas as drafts will cause candle to burn uneven and smoke. Never allow flame to touch glass surface and discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
